At Farm Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all eco-friendly tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a notification once your refund or exchange has been processed.
